This website and store are operated by E CUBE TRADING (M) SDN BHD (SSM 201201022986), with retail outlets in Taman Gaya, Plaza Pelangi, Kipmall Masai and Larkin Junction, Johor.

All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and, where applicable, are inclusive of SST. Prices and stock availability are drawn from our live inventory system and may change without notice. We make every effort to be accurate; if a pricing or description error is found, we may correct it and, where an order is affected, contact you before proceeding.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example due to stock shortage, a pricing error, or suspected fraud — and will refund any amount already paid.

We accept payment in-store and online via our payment gateway, which supports FPX online banking, credit/debit cards, e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) and DuitNow QR. Card and banking details are entered directly on the PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway — E CUBE does not see or store your full card number.

For in-stock items we offer same-day delivery within Johor; the delivery fee is quoted upfront based on distance and item size. You may also collect at any branch. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery or collection.

Every product carries a minimum 1-year warranty, and returns/exchanges are handled as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, E CUBE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or the Sale of Goods Act 1957.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Johor.
